Duration: 100 Hours total
Prerequisite: As an introductory course, Autodesk Inventor Introduction to Solid Modeling does not assume prior knowledge of any 3D modeling or CAD software. You need to be experienced with the Windows operating system, and having a background in drafting of 3D parts is recommended.
Materials Provided: Book and Software (student version)
Methods of Instruction: Lecture, Reading, Hands-on assignments, and projects (trainees are encouraged if allowed, to bring actual work projects).

Course Description:
The Autodesk Inventor training course provides an understanding of parametric design principles through a hands-on, practice-intensive curriculum. Participants will learn the essential skills and knowledge required to create models using Autodesk Inventor, beginning with conceptual sketching and progressing through solid modeling, assembly design, and drawing production.
Students will develop the skills necessary to perform fundamental solid modeling tasks when starting new projects or working on existing Inventor-based projects, from initial model creation to producing sheet sets and project documentation.
